Marissa and Cedric first met in 2019 through their jobs. They were just Facebook friends until late Fall of 2023 when their paths crossed again and they have been together ever since. With Marissa in Nashville and Cedric in Memphis they were long-distance until 2024 when Marissa decided to move to Memphis where they currently still reside. Later that same year, Marissa and Cedric traveled to Belgium for a wonderful Christmas to meet all of Cedric’s family. During a post- NYE 2026 cabin trip with several of Marissa’s closest friends Cedric pulled off the ultimate surprise proposal. Now they are very excited to get married in March 2027 in Nashville and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone!
